While we took great strides toward our North Star in 2023 by increasing our census to 1.9 million lives in care, our work is not done. Our mission to control HIV and other infectious diseases remains. And the truth is while the majority of people with HIV today know their status, many are not receiving care.
As we continue striving to reach our North Star, we’ve updated our North Star logo to further explain the three components of census growth: outreach, retention, and seamless client experience.
- Outreach: Cast a wider net and improve access to our services.
- Retention: Prevent pain points that will drive patients away.
- Seamless client experience: Provide a friendly experience and treat patients like family.
