Fun is what you make it!
AHF Staff + Fun = 
All work and no play makes… well you know the rest! You all work hard every day to fight for what’s right, and the work you do saves lives. Although it can be difficult to find the time to celebrate yourselves and connect with your teammates, we’re making it a priority.
Managers will be responsible for planning a fun event for their teams and departments on a quarterly basis, dependent on regional approval. But they also need your help. If you have an idea for a fun activity, share it with them!
This initiative will only work if it’s all something you want to try. So, what do you say? Are you ready to add fun to the AHF equation?

FAQs
How often?
Once a quarter. Some events may or may not overlap with others, such as company picnics.
How much?
Executive has budgeted $35 per staff per quarter. (Other departments may or may not add funding to this pot as needed.)
How do I pay for it?
If available, ask your leadership how to pay with a company credit card, reimbursement, or invoice. Leaders, these expenses should be coded with IO 43200000 and GL code 446206.
If that's not available, we also have gift cards and a corporate GrubHub account option. Please submit this form with the event date and number of staff you're serving, and we can provide alternative payment options. Note that you must submit receipts and signatures to this form here.
“Do I have to participate?”
Short answer, no. You will always have the option to opt-out, and if you change your mind, just opt back in. No obligation, no guilt.
Who joins?
This is all about bonding with your colleagues. So please involve the other departments at your location. Is there a pharmacy at your Out of the Closet? Then OTC, PHD, and Rx should all get together. Does Wellness come to your HCC? Then PHD and DoM should team up for one outing.
What counts as an event?
There are a lot of ways to have fun, but for our purposes, activities that are relaxing, encourage creativity, or facilitate team bonding are most appropriate. Go bowling, explore a museum, watch a movie, or try an escape room.
