Rules & Submissions

Want to share the scoop on what goes on behind the scenes at work? Are you serving main character energy that’s worthy of the For You Page? Think you’ve got what it takes to go viral? Want to let your social media aura shine through with an advocacy message from the heart? Or does teamwork make the dream work by showing off your department’s spirit as an ensemble?

Well then, here’s how you do it!

To Enter You Must:

Choose a category you would like to compete in
Post your submission on your Instagram Account
Submit a link to the post on your Instagram account (fill in box)
Upload a copy of the post, either images or videos, via upload button (optional)
Include your caption for the post (Text field to copy and paste the caption into)

Deadlines & Important Dates

Submissions must be received by the deadline (11:59 PM on July 7, 2026).
Our panel of judges will select the top three nominees in each category.
On July 13th, we will announce the nominees, and staff voting will open.
Voting will run from Monday, July 13- Sunday, July 19.
Winners will be announced the week of the 20th

What will you get if you win? You will be honored with the highly coveted Crystal Jimmi (What is a Crystal Jimmi™, you ask? Win one, and you will find out!) and be a star by being featured on our social media pages.

Terms & Conditions

The submission period for the Jimmi Awards will open on June 1, 2026 and close at 11:59 PM (local time) on July 7, 2026.

Winners Will Receive:

A crystal trophy
A feature across AHF social media pages

To qualify for the contest, all entries must:

Be original content created by AHF staff and tag @AHFcares to be considered.
Include a link to the original post on a public Instagram account (accounts set to private will not be eligible), and the original post files.

Following the close of the submission period, three (3) finalists will be selected in each of the five award categories and announced on July 13, 2026. Public voting will open upon announcement of the finalists and will close at 11:59 PM on July 19, 2026. Winners will be announced the week of July 20, 2026.

AHF reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet submission requirements or violate platform guidelines.
